I had an interview last month that was my assignment on class. So, my assignment was happen with a good way, and I had a good mark for that. I thought the assignment was not a exam or exercise that student need to practice, that was really an interview, and on that time I used all experiences I have had to focus interview.
Firstly, I focused about appearance of me. This is a first point that people who will have interview need to support because if I have  good appearance with uniform as white shirt, necktie, shoes, short hair with a bit gel inside to make sticky hair, and perfume, so that will create a good impression to the interviewer and employer. Likewise, I can tell to employer that I am a decent, neat and elegant person, also tell employer without words that I had good education.
Secondly, I focused about my experiences that I have had before, such as what I worked, my skills, knowledge on job. This is not redundant for the preparation of interview. In the fact, I prepared my resume that include company's paper where I worked and a copy my diploma, and my curriculum vitae. Also, I prepared some images that can show up my work, such as images about my product, like set up food or table diner, partner or services where I worked. I have thought about my knowledge on job what happen, and the way I solved the problem how. All of thing in my resume that will be evidence demonstrating practical experience I have had that is real.
Addition, I have thought and imagined about what interviewer will ask me. That might be crazy but that was really I did and I hope all people who will have interview need to do like me. The interview can start with any way such as my interview started with a question about myself, can you tell me your experiences that may any skills that you have. Likewise, the interviewer or employer can create a question with any way that they like, so that the question may be a question about job or a question is not dependent on employment. However, by prepare some questions, I build a basic idea that can include to my interview, it helped me a lot, so I did not feel strange, and had difficulty answering questions.
This is three things that I hope people need to know. With a good appearance, résumé, and prepare questions, I did good assignment and took good feedback. Moreover, this is an interview that support for a real interview that I will take in the future. The interview was interesting and I learn a lot of things from that, also I can review what is gap in knowledge, and I can correct or fix my skills to perfect. I hope who can read my status will think about what I have experienced.

I had a job that was manager of a restaurant at Vietnam. One day, I read a note at newspaper about a restaurant needed a waiter, so I created a file and brought it to restaurant where had the need to recruit. This was a great time I have known, I learned a lot of experience that was not from the lesson of any hospitality school. The skills were come by customer, restaurant's services, and all workers at that restaurant. I remember after I interviewed, I was accepted to a waiter position, and manager gave me one week to learn about restaurant, so I tried and send all time to learn about restaurant, such as menu, food and beverage, housekeeping of restaurant, reception and type service that restaurant want to offer to customers, type guests is also important because I can know what they usually need when they come to restaurant. I also found some info of some person at restaurant, such as who is manager at inside with chef of kitchen - room and outside with manager of all restaurant, bartender, cashier, so I knew what they have been doing at restaurant with their power, and time table of people who will come before me and after my because I will know who I require to continue work of whose. So, I learned about my job with what I need to focus or take care, and who I oblige to connect and share info if I have problem or trouble of service on my job. I thought about if I do not have any information about restaurant, guests, services, employees, and work at where I will work I will  embarrass and can not work well as when people want to do a math they need to take some notes. After all, I came and worked at restaurant. So, I expected a good service with a luxury type when I came to that restaurant. My work had some troubles on the first day about where to put utensils (dishes, napkin, wine, beer, ketchup), the time was running slow and being stuck on my job because that was a first day, and the biological clock in my body might have changed to suit the new working time  but after that I was very smoothly run, and my manager and big boss were very contentment about me. I kept my job on 6 months, and I was promoted manager lobby. The guests already love the way I serve them, I had not any complains from customers, I gave guests anything what they need with my friendly and a smile on my lip, I thought the guests come to restaurant where they would find something that make them feel comfortable, and waiter or manager who is the face of restaurant must do anything with  the goal is to give a perfect service to guests, and I did not care about restaurant is big or small size, what the customer needed that's what I needed. Let think about if you are a guest and you come a restaurant if the restaurant's service is very poorly, how you come that restaurant again? it's an exciting time I had. I learned how to satisfy customers, the best way is to listen to them and show them what you have, or a right advice, and a cup ice-tea can make them relax. This was a great job I had.

Hospitality marketing is marketing efforts directed towards the increase of revenue in the hospitality industry. In hotel, what hotel has such as services ( securities, services, housekeeping, food & beverage), structure of hotel (design of interior or exterior), area (beach, mountain, river), or a part of chain of hotels that are important because customer can know what they will get when they come to any hotels in their travel.

Japan is a land of cherry blossom and shogun. Japan's culture is very old and use ethic likes a standard of life. There are a lot of areas of Japan still keep old tradition or culture, such as kimono, tea ceremony (chadao), samurai idea, art of flower arrangement (Ikebana), with many old structures still exist in the land, such as citadel Himeji, Osaka.

The hotelier established Nishiyama Onsen Keiunkan in Japan's Yamanashi prefecture in 705A.D and it's stayed in his family for an astounding 52 generations - making the traditional in 1,311 years old. So, it's no surprise then that the landmark holds the Guinness World Record for the world's oldest hotel.

Keiunkan has a simple design but very chic. It does not use many decorations that use of Zen decor. The design make people to go to their self with a deep relax and a stillness of the soul by open space with a lot of windows was made by wood and papers, hot springs.

Keiunkan is a most hotel in the world and an example about good service of hospitality. Every year, a lot of people want to come to Japan and enjoy at Keiunkan.

Today, we live in the digital era with a lot of changes. And Virtual reality is becoming a common thing in us life.
One day, when people walk up and look around, they can see all the world into their room that is a wonderfulness.

Now, people can think about what reality posed can bring to tourism.







what is marketing?- Marketing is a widely that used between company and customer. Marketing has a goal is show up all info of produces of company to customers, and take feedback. Also, marketing can help company to improve their produce better and raises the profile of the company and its products in the public mind.

And, Virtual reality is a new key for now.

One-day, when people want to order or book a tour from a tour-company and they want to check some tours. so, human always put their feeling on a worry around the tours and if they think what they worry may has problem, and then they will take  questions, changes, or stop the tour.

So, Virtual reality technology can help company to show to customer to know what they will have in a tour. That will be the real experience and enable them to almost true feelings. Customers will not think or imagine about the tour by picture, poster.

The video used on virtual reality technology is very true, and make customers to good feeling. So, customers may not want to get the tour because their aspirations have been fulfilled, also, the investment will fail and cost for advertising.

The first feeling always put people on cool feeling, and the second one, the feeling will cut back. And, the reality is not as expected. How can company maintain that sense of fun?

In the fact, what people see or know, is not exactly what people get!

When people go around, they often see many the food ads that always show up to people know about some good foods are waiting people at the restaurant.


Let think about Mc.Donalds. What people get when they see about slogan and Mc.Donalds' food.

Now, we can see. all of images look very attractive, have a lot of  tastes, smells of meats, break,
vegetables. The image's food make people want to eat them. People can order and wait on some minutes. So easy to take it.

But have you ever think about what food we get that have difference with what we see?


In the fact,there are many times what we get that is different from what we see.


What created this distance?




Most people think that is a result of marketing service.

Using computer technology that can make food's face of picture look better than real food.



Some of people think about the skills of employee who made food that look so bad, likewise, it may mistake of machine, or temperature. Time may be a good reason because employee can not make perfect food on short time.




 Also,  we still have not mentioned the issue of nutrition and taste of food.


 Burger, fried chicken usually have saltiness, fat, and  contain a lot of old.  
Sometime, Burger creates a feeling bored when people eat it.

An exaggeration may use in there service with some good evidence that McDonald's food is not look so bad.




However, customers always take their food without complain about the face of food, or food's taste.
They should think about this point because eating does not mean people just eat by their mouth, they still use eyes, ears and tongue when they it.
